PRACTICALS

This course focus on the hands on skills and knowledge needed for managing food and beverage operations within a hospitality area. This includes preparing food, serving beverages, managing inventory, and understanding the financial aspects of the food and beverage industry.  

Nutrition

In this course ,It's about understanding how food impacts health, using that knowledge to develop and maintain healthy menus, and providing guests with accurate and helpful nutritional information. 

Beverage Knowledge 
A    training    course    on    beverages,    specifically    focusing    on    alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. The course  explains further how to make certain beverages , the processes and its service for each beverage.

Non-alcoholic involve drinks such as  smoothies,coffee,juices and soft drinks like sodas.

Alcoholic beverages are broadly categorised into fermented and distilled drinks. Fermented drinks, like beer and wine, have an alcohol content of 15% or lower. Distilled drinks, including spirits like whiskey, vodka, and rum, have higher alcohol content achieved through distillation. Additionally, there are mixed drinks, which combine distilled spirits with other ingredients like juices or sodas.
